if by "web console" you mean
https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis-console/ then yes - you should
simply put

next to
[hawtio-system|https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis-console/blob/e1f81984b8d283e10b0132856beadecd8033279a/artemis-console-war/pom.xml#L42-L46]
in artemis-console-war.
But for brokers running with {{-javaagent}} flavor of Jolokia (Jolokia JVM
Agent), you should put jolokia-integration-artemis into lib directory of the
broker - you should NOT use both. This is important in operator version of the
broker.
