Eroma resolved AIRAVATA-1689.

Resolution: Fixed
This is fixed and available as a new menu item.
in PGA Project -->Browse displays latest project on top an rest is listed. User
can click on each and view experiments created underneath
> In Airavata PGA In Project search show atleast the latest projects created by
