Steps to Recreate;
1. Select a CANCELED experiment and visit Experiment Summary Page
2. Both Edit and Launch buttons are enabled for user to click
3. When Edit button is clicked user is navigated to Edit Experiment page where
he can either Save or Save and Launch the experiment
4. Clicking Launch button doesn't seem to do anything but need to be disabled
as well.
