Summary: For some date combinations Search experiment doesn't work
in Admin Dashboard

Navigation :PGA --> Dashboard --> Experiments Page
Issue: In Experiment statistic selected 11th and 13th as the from and to dates
to search of experiments and the time got auto filed to the current time in
both dates
Although there are several experiments available for the given dates the
results came as 0.
If i gave any date before 11th as the 'To' date then experiments are listed but
even then not the experiments i launched on 13th.
If i give any date time after 11th as the 'To' date its not retrieving any
results.
