When added multiple QOS for a single resource in Gateway Profile Experiment job
submission fails.
Added multiple QOS to Comet separated by comma. When an experiment is launched
the job submission fails with message to the meaning 'invalid qos'
When a single qos exists experiment jobs are successfully launched.
