Summary: Uncaught exception when user selects wrong resource
manager type

Steps:
1.Create compute resource for bigred2 and select Fork in 'resource manager
type' dropdown. (currently it should be PBS).
2.Create and launch experiment on bigred2.
Behaviour:
Throws null point exception.
There is no way for user to figure out what went wrong.
Expected:
Should handle exception and delegate proper message on UI.
