Can clone and create a new experiment under own project.
Can download input and outputs
When experiments shared with Write access
Can cancel
Can launch
Can download input and outputs
Can clone and create a new one under own project if the project is not shared
with write access
Project Write access
Can change name and description
Project with Read access
Only view
With any access cannot do any changes to the shared user list unless its the
owner.
