Description:
1. Gaussian16 has an optional URI_COLLECTION input with Required set to False
2. Saved and launched an experiment without uploadign an input file to the
optional field.
3. The experiment FAILED with 'Failed to fetch metadata for file'
4. Second time uploaded two files for this field and the experiment got
launched and job got submitted.
5. Another experiment was submitted with a single file for optional
URI_COLLECTION and that also got launched and job got submitted.
6. Gaussian16 is the application.
