Eroma closed AIRAVATA-3049.

Tested in https://django.staging.seagrid.org
Cloned an Echo experiment by username 'marcus' and saved and launched. Job got
submitted.
The proderoma2017 user in admin group with admin role cloned the experiment
belong to marcus
