If the host name does not match with compute resource host name, add the new
host name in host aliases. In the Usage reporting section, tick the option of
Enable Gateway Usage Reporting and fill NONE for both input fields as we no
longer use those fields.

To verify the activation, once a job is submitted, helix participant should
print an output in following format
Usage reporting output Job attributes:
Job: 31865363
Job submitted: 2020-03-03 00:00:00+0000
Resource Name: comet.sdsc.xsede

Gateway User: dimuthu%3Aseagrid.org
