In Firefox, there is a pop up message to indicate to complete, but user can
always ignore and proceed without completing it.

# Remove the mandatory input file
# Click storage or Browse the experiment without completing the experiment and
saving.
# No pop-up message to inform the user to complete and move. (tested in Chrome)
# Now when tried to look at this experiment, its in CREATED
# But exceptions are thrown in both 'Browse Experiment' and in Experiment
statistics (File does not exist at that path.)
