Test cases
# Cannot save and launch a new experiment without a file - PASS Because when
there are mandatory files, the Save and Launch button don't get enabled.
# Cannot save a new experiment without a file - PASS Because when there are
mandatory files, the Save button doesn't get enabled.
# Can save and launch a new experiment without a file - PASS Because when the
files are not mandatory, the Save and Launch button is enabled. Even the job
gets submitted.
# Can save a new experiment without a file - PASS Because when the files are
not mandatory, the Save button is enabled.
# The experiment launched without a mandatory file failed. To launch used the
'Launch' button on top. - PASS (experiment failed with "Failed to fetch
metadata for file

NOTE: When the user wants to quit, without completing an experiment a pop
message is presented but the user can choose to ignore it and proceed. This
would create an experiment without mandatory inputs.
