fix-ml.patch is for https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/airavata/airavata_doap.rdf
I tried to patch [https://github.com/apache/airavata-site] but jekyll serve
just crashes for me (Jekyll 4.3.2, installed on ubuntu 24.04 with "apt install
jekyll"):
