While following INSTALL.md I found two problems.
**1. The "First run" SQL uses a MySQL function**
The statement for inserting the root user ends with `UNIX_TIMESTAMP() *
1000`. On PostgreSQL it fails:
ERROR: function unix_timestamp() does not exist
The PostgreSQL equivalent works against the schema in
`internal/db/migrations/0001_baseline.sql`:
(EXTRACT(EPOCH FROM now()) * 1000)::bigint
**2. The Go prerequisite is out of date**
The prerequisites table says **Go 1.24.2+**, but `go.mod` declares `go 1.25`.
I'll open a PR fixing both.
