In order to support clusters that are restricted to 2 factor authentication, Airavata should support a mechanism to enter user input from the portal. This should implement following features 1. Any workflows which require 2 factor ssh authentication should be paused and directed to perform user input through the portal. Users should be notified to go to portal and authenticate. If the user already operates on the the portal, two factor authentication should come up as a pop up 2. Once the 2FA is performed, ssh connection should be cached to prevent further 2FA -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
