Fix For: 2.4.0
when "*.falcon.enableTLS" is set to "true" , it should be https and port should
be 15443. The url should be updated in client.properties as well.
when "*.falcon.enableTLS" is set to "false" , it should be http and port should
be 15000. The url should be updated in client.properties as well.
