I do not agree, that we need to restrict user in description field. In this
field users usually write sentences with punctuation to explain something about
this group. So we should not restrict users in using , . ! ? and so on. It is
not a problem for DB to store these characters. Also now users already have
clusters with config groups with description without validation, but after
upgrading to new version with this validation they should change all the
descriptions, that is not good.
And regarding tooltips, it is a good idea to show the full group name in
tooltip.
