Fix For: 2.4.0
Currently the extensions directory is packaged in the ambari-server RPM. This
will create a problem during upgrade. Any extensions which have been added in
the extensions directory will be wiped out. This defeats the point of
packaging them in a directory separate from the stacks directory.
