Description:
The start time for the default search ranges (except for last 1 hour) start at
00:00:01,000 and the end time is 23:59:59,999.
The start time should be 00:00:00,000 instead.
For last 1 hour, it looks like the range has the opposite problem of the window
being a little too bug. For example: 12/12/2016 15:35:11,062 - 12/12/2016
