STR :
1. Deploy a cluster without oozie.
2. Delete smartsense from cluster
3. Click on Add service to add smartsense
There is a popup saying oozie is required by service and will be auto added.
Checking service depency under :
http://<host>:8080/api/v1/stacks/HDP/versions/2.6/services/SMARTSENSE,
"required_services" doesn't show oozie.
Same when trying to add atlas.
