Fix For: 3.0.0
{{RepositoryVersionState}} is no longer used since Ambari does not track
installation of a single repository anymore. This is because multiple mpacks
may come from the state repository. The replacement, {{MpackInstallState}} was
already introduced in AMBARI-23205.
