[https://github.com/apache/ambari/pull/3309] - this PR upgrades
frontend-maven-plugin to 1.12.0 (latest release at the moment) and introduces a
system property that disables the web build and tests for non-x86_64 systems.
This is a solution until a replacement of PhantomJS is found. But this may lead
to bigger changes.
