This ISSUE is proposed to support ARM/X86 mixed deployment.

When the machines in a cluster have multiple architectures, such as x86 and 
arm, we want to deploy these machines of different architectures with different 
stack and repository automatically.

1. Identifies the architecture of machines in the clusters.

2. Automatic use different architecture stacks and repositorys to do deployment.

   hadoop-XXX-x86.rpm          --->  Host X86

   hadoop-XXX-aarch64.rpm   ---> Host ARM
