Summary: [Ambari][Views] Check/Uncheck All toggle Box is not

1. Install Ambari cluster
2. Go to Manage Ambari -> create any view
3. once view is created
4. click on edit view -> Local Cluster Permissions -> click on check/uncheck
All toggle button
Expected : it should check all the permissions but some times it is not working
