Description: In a production environment, a modification to the operating
system's security settings caused the run function in Ambari shell scripts to
fail when switching users. This failure results in all components being unable
to execute any operational commands (e.g., start, restart), and the lack of
exception logging makes it difficult to diagnose the issue. This PR adds
detailed exception logging for failed user switch operations to aid in
troubleshooting and resolution.
