In service install wizard Assign Slaves and Clients page, when we click all for
a component the disabled host should be unchecked still.
As the attached picture show, we do not want the Trino coordinator and worker
in installed on same host, so we set the checkbox was disabled for the host of
Trino coordinator, but this host can also be selected when click all in table
header.
