Implement the create and clone views instances page in ambari-admin using react.
All the functionalities should be same as existing ambari-admin.
It should be very generic, so that on changing backend for more new or less
views then the frontend should be capable of handling these changes or new
views, based on the configs get through the APIs from the backend.
