Summary: Unable to check firewalld status when setup ambari

Executing the following command to setup ambari.
ambari-server setup -j /usr/local/jdk
we would get the warning message as follows:
WARNING: Unable to check firewall status: call() got an unexpected keyword
argument 'universal_newlines'
Logs display that failed to execute shell.call() because of the wrong parameter.
