Description: after installing mpack and trying to setup the mpack supported
service, the ambari agent cache is not refreshed with latest mpack packages
from ambari-server. (was: after installing mpack and trying to setup
supported. service from mpack, ambari agent cache is not refreshed with latest
mpack package from the server.)
