[~vishalsuvagia] Of course, it has been discussed in the mailing list, but I
need to merge the updates from the JDK17 feature branch into the trunk branch
first. There are massive conflicts between the feature branch and trunk, which
will take a lot of time to resolve. The merge will probably happen next week,
and then we'll proceed with the Spring upgrade. The Spring upgrade-related
development is also ready to be submitted.
