Description: Create Service Dashboard for HDFS which includes Summary,
Metrics and Quicklins. The user should be able to navigate between configs,
heatmaps, metrics and summary. (was: Throughout the application it is common
use case to list down the operations and it continues according to perform the
listed tasks in order A common component would ease the usage in such
scenarios. )
