We can simplify the doc because tasks such as AMBARI-26439 automates most of
the steps.
We could still retain the doc, but the doc itself needs an update. For example:
On Rocky 8 and 9, the ssh-keygen command must supply an additional paramter "-m
PEM" to use the old, PEM format supported by Ambari.
