Description:
With Manual KDC type selection Kerberos Wizard is getting stuck on Step2, due
to empty json response being parsed to configureKerberos after calling
createKerberosAdminSession.

Also fixing deleteKerberosService request to validate if Kerberos service is
loaded and available before calling delete request
