Description: As part of the ongoing effort to rewrite the Ambari Web UI
from Ember to React (under ambari-web/latest/), this story implements the Hosts
feature surface — the host listing, host detail page with tabs (summary,
components, configs, metrics, alerts), bulk host operations, the Add Host
wizard, and the component add/delete hook used across hosts and services.
