Description: As part of the ongoing effort to rewrite the Ambari Web UI
from Ember to React (under ambari-web/latest/), this story implements the
Reassign Component wizard — used to migrate a service component (NameNode,
ResourceManager, HiveMetastore, etc.) from one host to another — along with the
per-component "move" config initializers that update the cluster configuration
during the migration. (was: As part of the ongoing effort to rewrite the
Ambari Web UI from Ember to React (under ambari-web/latest/), this story
implements the Kerberos feature surface — both Kerberos administration screens
and the multi-step Enable Kerberos wizard that secures a cluster.)
