Implement the confirmed Module 06 gaps in ambari-web/latest for stack services,
repository versions, package installation, upgrade orchestration and history,
Service Accounts, and Auto Start.
The work must preserve Classic permissions and feature flags, match Ambari
Server API contracts, add failure and recovery behavior, and include focused
React tests. Metrics are excluded.
The static audit and runtime acceptance matrix are documented in
docs/frontend-refactor/react-current/06-stack-upgrades-admin-gap.md. The pull
request targets frontend-refactor.
