In our company, IE9 is configured under Tools | Compatibility View Settings to
display all Intranet Sites in Compatibility View.
This causes Archiva to display issues, such as a progress indicator which never
goes away.
I think the fix for this may be to force standard behavior via this addition to
index.html:
