Summary: Uploading artifacts does nothing. Progress bar goes back
at the end. No error message.

When uploading a tar.gz file to the "Archiva managed internal repository" i can
see the progress bar progressing and at the end going back. Without any error.
The artifact is not uploaded but is store in the temp directory:
