CMake on Ubuntu Xeniel is 3.5.1 but CMake 3.5.1 doesn't support
{{SOURCE_SUBDIR}} of {{ExternaLProject_Add}}.
BTW, we should use {{libzstd-dev}} instead of vendored Zstandard.
