We ran into some problems with Orc in the wheels and there was no volunteer
willing to fix the problem, you can see more detail in
https://github.com/apache/arrow/commit/102acc47287c37a01ac11a5cb6bd1da3f1f0712d
If a volunteer will investigate and fix the problem then Orc can be made
available again in a future release. We recommend using conda packages if you
need this functionality
