I suppose we could keep the ArrowArrayStream as independent, and that would require `Execute` to block and accumulate all results in the case of libpq (which is also probably reasonable - actually I think that's what it already does unless you explicitly go for single-row mode) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
