Add support for more versions and variants of Spark data source Currently, the Spark ADBC driver has only been tested against a Spark/Databricks 3.4.1 instance using `token`-based authentication. Expand the support for 1. username/password authentication 2. older versions of Spark 3. other variants of Spark (to be identified based on availability) 4. Limitation due to catalog/schema/table namespace limits 5. SQL dialect variations.
