### What happened?
why new a connection to gp need 98 second？
### Stack Trace
when connect to gp,
adbc will read all tables to get column types?
how to speed connect to gp?

```

import adbc_driver_postgresql.dbapi
#uri = os.environ["ADBC_POSTGRESQL_TEST_URI"]
t=time.time()
conn = adbc_driver_postgresql.dbapi.connect(uri)
print(time.time()-t)
with conn.cursor() as cur:
cur.execute("SELECT 1")
print(cur.fetchone())
# Output: (1,)
conn.close()
```
