### Describe the enhancement requested We have lots of Python wheel builds now, and we produce two wheel flavors for glibc-based Linux systems: manylinux2014 and manylinux_2_28. It seems that manylinux_2_28 should support all current systems according to https://github.com/mayeut/pep600_compliance?tab=readme-ov-file#distro-compatibility, except perhaps Amazon Linux 2.
