### Describe the enhancement requested [Pandas 2.0.0](https://pypi.org/project/pandas/2.0.0/) was released on April 3rd 2023. The last version of Pandas 1 was [Pandas 1.5.3](https://pypi.org/project/pandas/1.5.3/) and it was released on January 19th 2023. That version only supports Python 3.10 and 3.11. We are currently supporting up to Pandas 1.3.4 which was released in 2021 and only provides wheels for Python 3.10 and earlier. Should we bump support for Pandas >= 2? ### Component(s) Python -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
