Description:
When running an update, if there are failed instances below the max failed
instances threshold, you'll see final details along the lines of:
{{INSTANCE STATUS 1135/1139 (100%)}}
This is slightly confusing, as the 100% is reporting that all instances were
processed, not that all instances were successful. We should tweak the UI to
make this more clear.
