For Mesos users wishing to run multiple Mesos frameworks with fine-grained
control over which resources are offered to which framework, it is necessary to
customize the 'role' with which a scheduler identifies. To do this with the
Aurora framework, a new command line argument must be introduced and set
accordingly in the FrameworkInfo protobuf.
