{{SlotSizeCounter}} categorizes and counts the number of empty slots in the
cluster using resources offers received from Mesos in order to exposes stats on
them. Its current implementation is inefficient and generates lots of GC
overhead (for example, due to unnecessary string concatenations) in large
clusters with thousands of outstanding offers.
