Summary: Automate release candidate verification

We currently have a script to verify the basics of release candidates
(signature and checksums), but it would be a time saver to more fully automate
this.
At a minimum, this should:
- call the existing {{build-support/release/verify-release-candidate}}
- bootstrap the gradle wrapper
- call {{build-support/jenkins/build.sh}}
- call {{src/test/sh/org/apache/aurora/e2e/test_end_to_end.sh}}
