The scheduler UI currently displays raw enum values for job update state
transitions (e.g. {{ROLLING_FORWARD}}, {{ROLL_FORWARD_PAUSED}}). It would
benefit from offering human-friendly descriptions of these states, including an
indication that a transition took place automatically by the scheduler.
